Peaceful Sleep and Mental Calmness Ritual

This nighttime program helps you surrender the mental burdens and anxieties of the day before sleep. Through sincere intention, specific pre-sleep supplications, and prayers for protection, you can transition into a deep, healing rest under divine care.

Night and Intention of Surrender

Get into bed and take a comfortable position. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and make your intention sincerely:

"O Allah; I surrender all the fatigue, chaos, anxieties, and weights in my mind brought by the day to You. I intend for my body, mind, and soul to attain deep tranquility; for my sleep to be healed, and for Your Divine protection throughout the night. I entrust my soul to You and wish to sleep in peace."
