Intention of Tranquility and Submission

Close your eyes, calm your breath, and pass these words through your heart:

"O Allah; do not let my anger, stress, and worldly haste darken my heart. I take refuge in the gentleness of Your name Al-Halīm and the infinite grace of Your name Al-Karīm. Purify me from all kinds of tension that constrict my soul, and bestow relief and tranquility upon my heart. Accept my intention and make my heart content."

لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ الْحَلِيمُ الْكَرِيمُ

Transliteration

La ilahe illallahül-halimül-kerim
