Balance Between World and Hereafter and Gratitude Ritual
This 7-day program helps you balance material goals with spiritual peace and increase the blessings of what you have. Through intention, the Rabbana dua, and a seal of gratitude, you can ask for goodness in both this world and the Hereafter.
Intention for Balance, Gratitude, and Goodness
Withdraw your mind momentarily from the hustle and bustle of the world, focus on your heart, and make your intention:
"O Allah; I intend to keep my spiritual peace in perfect balance with my worldly goals, my pursuit of sustenance, and my responsibilities. I recognize and am grateful for all the visible and invisible blessings You have bestowed upon me. Purify my heart from greed and my mind from anxiety; grant me and my loved ones goodness, beauty, well-being, and lawful sustenance both in this world and in the Hereafter."
