This litany is designed to purify the mind from preoccupying worries and anxieties while surrendering the heart to the Divine Presence. Follow the steps of intention, repetition, and a concluding prayer of surrender.

Intention of Peace and Surrender

Take a deep breath, turn to your heart, and make the intention:

"O Allah; I seek refuge in Your infinite mercy from the anxieties that constrict my heart, the worries that tire my mind, and whisperings of doubt. I am performing this dhikr solely for Your pleasure; I surrender my heart to You, and I ask You to bestow tranquility and safety upon my soul."

Subhana Allahi wa tasliman (33 times)

Sübhane Allahi ve teslimen

Glory be to Allah, and I submit with complete surrender
