Ritual of Relief and Untying Knots
A 7-day purification designed to shed burdens and ease complicated matters. This practice involves setting an intention, reciting Surah Ash-Sharh, and concluding with a supplication for relief.
Preparation
Take a deep breath and make your intention: "O Al-Fattah, You are the One who opens closed doors. I intend for whatever is knotted in my life to be untied by Your mercy, and for my soul to find relief."

أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ ﴿١﴾ وَوَضَعْنَا عَنكَ وِزْرَكَ ﴿٢﴾ الَّذِي أَنقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ ﴿٣﴾ وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ ﴿٤﴾ فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا ﴿٥﴾ إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا ﴿٦﴾ فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَانصَبْ ﴿٧﴾ وَإِلَى رَبِّكَ فَارْغَب ﴿٨﴾
Transliteration
Elem neşrah leke sadrak. Ve vada'nâ anke vizrak. Ellezî enkada zahrak. Ve refa'nâ leke zikrak. Feinne me'al usri yusrâ. İnne me'al usri yusrâ. Feizâ ferağte fensab. Ve ilâ rabbike ferğab.
Meaning
This is the most effective dhikr for expansion of the heart and the transformation of hardships into ease.
