Water Recitation Practice for a Child's Speech
This 41-day practice involves reciting specific verses over a glass of water for a child experiencing speech delay or stuttering. It combines the supplication of Prophet Musa and Surah Al-Fatihah, followed by giving the recited water to the child.
Preparation and Intention
Place a glass of water in front of you and call your child beside you. Then begin with the intention:
"O Allah; just as You untied the knot from the tongue of Musa (as), open my child's tongue and make their speech easy. Make these recitations a means of healing for them."

Vahlül ukdeten min lisani

Untie the knot from my tongue.

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds. The Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful. Sovereign of the Day of Recompense. It is You we worship and You we ask for help. Guide us to the straight path; the path of those upon whom You have bestowed favor, not of those who have evoked Your anger or of those who are astray.
