Supplication for the Night of Decree
Revive the last ten nights of Ramadan by sitting with wudu after Isha or at sahur with a specific intention. Recite Surah al-Qadr and the prayer for forgiveness taught by the Prophet to Aisha to seek the Night of Decree.
Intention to Revive the Night
On each of the last ten nights of Ramadan, sit with wudu after Isha or at the time of sahur (dawn) and make your intention:
"O Allah, I intend to spend this night in devotion for Your sake, to reach the Night of Decree (Laylat al-Qadr), and to attain Your forgiveness. Do not deprive me of the blessings of this night."
Surah Al-Qadr
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ إِنَّآ أَنزَلْنَٰهُ فِى لَيْلَةِ ٱلْقَدْرِ ﴿١﴾ وَمَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا لَيْلَةُ ٱلْقَدْرِ ﴿٢﴾ لَيْلَةُ ٱلْقَدْرِ خَيْرٌۭ مِّنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍۢ ﴿٣﴾ تَنَزَّلُ ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍۢ ﴿٤﴾ سَلَٰمٌ هِىَ حَتَّىٰ مَطْلَعِ ٱلْفَجْرِ ﴿٥﴾
Dua for Forgiveness (100 times)
Arabic
اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي
Transliteration
Allâhumme inneke afuvvun tuhibbul-afve fa'fu annî
Meaning
O Allah! You are Forgiving, and You love to forgive; so forgive me.

Supplication for the Night of Decree
"My Lord, make this night for us the Night of Decree. Forgive our sins, accept our prayers; encompass our parents, our children, and all believers with Your mercy. Grant that we reach future Ramadans in good health and faith. Amin."
