Iftar Supplication and Pre-Iftar Prayer Ritual

Make the most of the minutes before Iftar every evening throughout Ramadan with dedicated supplications and the Iftar prayer of our Prophet. This daily ritual guides you through pre-iftar prayers, breaking the fast upon hearing the Adhan, and expressing gratitude for the meal.

Pre-Iftar Supplication Time

A few minutes before Iftar, sit quietly at the table or in a peaceful corner. These minutes are among the most precious moments dedicated to supplication:

"O Allah! I fasted today for Your sake alone. Accept my supplications in these final minutes; fulfill the good desires of myself, my family, and everyone awaiting prayers."

Surah Al-Baqarah, Verse 186 — "I Am Near"

Iftar Supplication

After Breaking the Fast

Gratitude for the Meal

"Praise be to Allah Who has fed us, given us drink, and made us Muslims. My Lord; bless this table, and grant provision to those who have no food. Accept our fast. Amen."
